With the experience of more than 30 years working for national and international corporations in the areas of sales and purchasing, coupled with his entrepreneurial thinking, and acting, he founded SINGER CONSULTING in 2005.


Under his leadership, the company is engaged in the design and development of ideas and solution strategies. In this way, concepts and projects are successfully and sustainably implemented in German retail.

REINHARD WEBER

Partner, Head of Concept- and Project Management

 

He is a sales professional with almost 50 years of experience. During this time, he has successfully implemented extensive concepts and projects for German retailers. Among other things he worked for more than 13 years as Head of Sales Germany for a leading French dairy group.


His core competence lies in the sales areas of the German food trade, the discounters and the HoReCa - area.


During his independent work he helped many producers and service providers to gain a sustainable foothold in the German retail market. 

KARIN KANT

Controlling and Marketing

 

After graduating in business administration, she worked for many years in the management of her family company with national and international orientation. Controlling and marketing are her hobbies, which she turned into her profession.


Her strengths lie in business organization and management, with a lot of experience in retail, wholesale and foreign trade.


With her competence and the view for the entire enterprise she is a valuable support in all interests of the business management and conversion.

VOLKER FEDDERSEN

Finance  and strategy

 

Until 2010, he mainly managed a tax consultancy office, focusing on the development of business plans, budget planning, controlling and responsibility for the respective projects and accompanied them until their final implementation.


As a result, he focused on the development of business modules, solution strategies for producers and service providers within the scope of his independent activities.


Ultimately, his core competence lies in the sustainable realization of large-scale projects. Starting from the planning stage, up to the final successful implementation at the customers.

Konstantin Baum

Master of Wine, external consultant

 

Konstantin traveled thousands of kilometers in his life, stood up to his knees in the juice of the vine in New Zealand, talked shop about Bordeaux with Bono and The Edge in Dublin, studied wine in the Rheingau, traded the most expensive wines in London and toured (almost) every winery in Australia.


Since 2015 Konstantin is the youngest German Master of Wine of all times and thus one of only about 340 people worldwide who can count themselves among this circle. The Master of Wine, or simply "MW", is the Olympus for wine experts and less than 10% of the candidates make it through the tough exams.
